🪵 Available Quantities
Our smallest order is ⅛ cord. We do not sell small starter bundles. Pieces are split between 18-24". If you need stove cut that's something you need to order through me during the summer or fall not when everyone and their mother is trying to get firewood.
⅛ Cord — 16 Cubic Feet: A convenient starting size for occasional fires.
¼ Cord — 32 Cubic Feet: Great for weekend fires and outdoor gatherings.
½ Cord — 64 Cubic Feet: Ideal for regular fireplace and wood stove use.
Full Cord — 128 Cubic Feet: Stock up for frequent use throughout the season.

What’s Included With Delivery?
Standard delivery includes dumping your firewood on your driveway. Stacking is available for an additional charge and must be included with your order.
If pieces must be hand unloaded from the trailer, an additional handling/stacking fee applies. Stacking is not available in locations that require carrying firewood up or down stairs.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel an order, the customer is responsible for any applicable payment processing fees, along with a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Please review your delivery schedule carefully before placing rush or same-day delivery requests to ensure availability.
🚚 Late Cancellations / Loaded Orders
If an order is canceled after it has been prepared, loaded for delivery, or is already in transit, the customer will be responsible for:
Payment processing fees
A $75.00 restocking and handling fee

Please make sure stacking is added to your cart before completing checkout if you would like this service included.

❌ Stacking is not available for properties with stairs or difficult access areas
🚚 If stacking cannot be completed, we will still gladly deliver and neatly dump your firewood on your driveway for easy unloading

Firewood Guys Return Policy
♻️ FIREWOOD GUYS RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date.
Return Eligibility Returns must include the same firewood or product originally delivered, in the full quantity received. Firewood that has been burned, used, removed, exchanged, mixed with other firewood, or reduced in quantity is not eligible for return.
Return & Pickup Fee A $125 return/pickup fee applies to all returns. This covers driver time, fuel, transportation, loading, and pickup costs.
Refunds Once we verify the returned product and quantity, your eligible refund will be processed, less the $125 return/pickup fee. Original delivery charges, stacking charges, and all other service fees are non-refundable.
Firewood Guys reserves the right to refuse any return if we cannot verify that the product and quantity match the original delivery.
