❌ Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel an order, the customer is responsible for any applicable payment processing fees, along with a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Please review your delivery schedule carefully before placing rush or same-day delivery requests to ensure availability.

🚚 Late Cancellations / Loaded Orders

If an order is canceled after it has been prepared, loaded for delivery, or is already in transit, the customer will be responsible for:

• Payment processing fees
• A $75.00 restocking and handling fee

⚠️ No exceptions apply once the order has entered the loading or delivery process.

Firewood stacking is available as an optional add-on service when placing your order. To include stacking with your delivery, please follow the steps below:

Navigate back to the Shop page

Find and select the “Stacking” product

Choose the quantity of cords you would like stacked

Add stacking to your cart

Proceed to checkout along with your firewood order

Please make sure stacking is added to your cart before completing checkout if you would like this service included.

⚠️ Important Service Notes

• ❌ Stacking is not available for properties with stairs or difficult access areas
• 🚚 If stacking cannot be completed, we will still gladly deliver and neatly dump your firewood on your driveway for easy unloading

At Firewood Guys, we work hard to provide accurately measured, seasoned, ready-to-burn firewood. Due to the nature of our products and the risk of contamination, pest exposure, improper storage, and product tampering after delivery, Firewood Guys does not accept returns of firewood.

No Returns

🚫 All firewood sales are final

🚫 Firewood cannot be returned once delivered

🚫 Firewood that has been stacked, moved, stored, exposed to weather, or partially used is not eligible for return or exchange

🚫 Stacking fees, delivery fees, and other service charges are non-refundable once services have been completed

💯 We stand behind the quality of our firewood. If you believe there is a legitimate issue with the condition of your order upon delivery, you must notify Firewood Guys within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.

Firewood Guys reserves the right to inspect, verify, and determine an appropriate resolution for any verified product quality concerns.
