Where We Deliver Around Summerland
Homes sit on the hill above the beach, and the coastal air cools down quickly after sunset. Fireplaces and fire pits suit that mood. Summerland is a short stretch along the coast from my other Santa Barbara County deliveries, so it is an easy stop. If your lot is compact, a smaller order that stacks neatly is a good choice, and I can bring more later.
I also deliver to neighboring communities, including Montecito and Carpinteria. Not sure whether your street is in range? Check the Santa Barbara County delivery page or text me at (805) 795-7111 and I will confirm.
Which Wood Fits Your Summerland Home
These are the woods I deliver around Summerland. All of it is split, with flat faces and the grain running lengthwise.
Red Oak or White Oak: long, hot burns, the classic fireplace wood
Mixed Hardwood and Softwood: easy-lighting everyday blend
Avocado: clean burning, mild aroma
Eucalyptus: burns very well when properly seasoned
Premium BBQ Hardwood Blend: mixed hardwood split for grilling
Pizza Oven Oak: red and white oak split for pizza ovens
Red oak and white oak for the fireplace, and eucalyptus that burns very well when properly seasoned, fit coastal homes. Sizes vary by wood and run up to a full cord (128 cubic feet), so check the live Santa Barbara County shop page for available sizes and current prices. Free delivery in most areas we service. Some locations may have a small delivery fee shown at checkout.
Local Wood, Real Sourcing
Short distance is the point. Every cord for Summerland comes from within 25 miles, drawn from the Santa Monica Mountains, Los Padres National Forest, local arborists, local ranches and farms, and homeowners with trees removed. I handle the cutting, splitting and delivery, so the person who picked the wood is the person at your door.
