Firewood Delivery to Santa Maria: Locally Sourced, Delivered to Your Door
Santa Maria is the largest city in northern Santa Barbara County, and it is famous for Santa Maria-style barbecue. Free delivery in most areas we service. Some locations may have a small delivery fee shown at checkout.

Santa Maria and Nearby Areas We Deliver To
Santa Maria-style barbecue is traditionally cooked over local red oak, so people here know the difference good oak makes. That makes it a natural place to deliver oak, whether you grill tri-tip in the backyard or heat your home with a fireplace. I deliver to Santa Maria, and I can tell you which of my woods is best for cooking. Text me with questions about quantities or timing.
I also deliver to neighboring communities, including Orcutt, Guadalupe and Lompoc. Not sure whether your street is in range? Check the Santa Barbara County delivery page or text me at (805) 795-7111 and I will confirm.
Wood Species Available for Santa Maria
Here is what I carry for Santa Maria customers. Every species is split, which means cut and split lengthwise so you see the grain and flat faces, and ready to burn.
Red Oak or White Oak: long, hot burns, the classic fireplace wood
Mixed Hardwood and Softwood: easy-lighting everyday blend
Avocado: clean burning, mild aroma
Eucalyptus: burns very well when properly seasoned
Premium BBQ Hardwood Blend: mixed hardwood split for grilling
Pizza Oven Oak: red and white oak split for pizza ovens
Red oak or white oak for the backyard grill and fireplace, and pizza oven oak for wood-fired cooking, are the natural choices. Sizes vary by wood and run up to a full cord (128 cubic feet), so check the live Santa Barbara County shop page for available sizes and current prices. Free delivery in most areas we service. Some locations may have a small delivery fee shown at checkout.
Locally Sourced Within 25 Miles
Everything I deliver to Santa Maria is sourced within 25 miles of your door. My wood comes from a mix of local places: the Santa Monica Mountains, Los Padres National Forest, local arborists, local ranches and farms, and homeowners who have trees removed. No wood is shipped in from far away, and there is no middleman between the source and your woodpile.
Local wood seasons in the same climate it will burn in, so it arrives ready to perform.
