Cancellation policy
In the event you need to cancel an order, purchaser will be responsible for the processing fee. Please check schedule if you need rush delivery. In cases where order is canceled after product has been loaded for delivery (or canceled at last minute) customer will pay the processing fee along with a $75.00 restock & handling fee, no exceptions! Stacking is available by going back here. Click on stacking, select quantity you need stacked. After that can add to cart and checkout if your firewood was already added to cart.
Return Policy
Here at Firewood Guys/ Firewood Guy I strive to provide the best quality firewood around. All firewood is gone through and inspected prior to loading.
With that said, if any issues were to arise and you wanted to return can gladly return product but there will be a $75.00 re-stocking fee. Returns are accepted for 60 days or two months after you place an order. Credit will be issued right away and will take UP TO 10 days to show up as credit on your billing account. Firewood Guys guarantees your firewood to burn, moisture content reading available upon delivery. I'm able to offer this service as I process all my own product and don't buy wholesale as some do. Your firewood gets cut, split, loaded all by the same person leaving less room for any errors.
