In cases where order is canceled after product has been loaded for delivery(or canceled at last minute) customer will pay the processing fee along with a $75.00 restock & handling fee, no exceptions! Stacking is available by going back here. Click on stacking, select quantity you need stacked. After that can add to cart and checkout if your firewood was already added to cart.

Here at Firewood Guys/ Firewood Guy I strive to provide the best quality firewood around. All firewood is gone through and inspected prior to loading.

With that said, if any issues were to arise and you wanted to return can gladly return product but there will be a $75.00 re-stocking fee. Returns are accepted for 60 days or two months after you place an order. Credit will be issued right away and will take UP TO 10 days to show up as credit on your billing account.
